I assume you're trying to kill someone else's plants, which is not a good idea, unless you have a bunch of money to buy new ones with.
Vinegar will kill any kind of plant.

Cut them down/back and remove the root structure.

Normally, you'd cut them down and either grind the stump flat or dig up the roots. Even if you killed them some other way, including herbicides, you'd still have to cut them down and remove them once they were dead.
Are these your trees you want to kill, or someone elses?

it depand . the easy way is just call gardener to do it and you just pay them.
The cheaper way is do it by your self with axe
Cut the tree or shrub off at the base, chop the base up with an axe. Then put salt pellets on the base.
