build a box around it for one. then you need the tap hook up and the drain hose changed and that would be it oh perhaps a different plug cable.
Pull it out, frame and plumb. Casters are recommended
You tear it out of the wall and bolt on some wheels in the bottom.
Put the drainage hose into your sink and hook up another hose to your faucet so that when you need to run it, you can turn on the water and allow the rinse cycle to drain into the sink.

Change the inlet copper line to flexible line, capable of screwing onto your kitchen sink faucet. The drain line would need a way to secure itself to the sink drainso it doesn't go all wild when draining under pressure.=. The power cord would need to be changed to a plug if hard-wired.
Add wheels to the aluminum frame and call it good.
Buy a portable on craigslist. Better than the half assed attempt you'll make.
Why not just sell it and buy a new one that is portable? To convert the dishwasher, you would have to build a cabinet to keep things safe.
Some manufacturers sell a conversion kit that has the cabinet, the duplex hoses, and the power cord. If there is a kit available for your dishwasher it is fast and easy.
If not look for a free portable on freecycle,org or a cheap portable on Craigslist and then sell or freecycle the former built-in one.
