If there is air in my sink pipes, how do I get rid of it?

Question:

Answers:
If your talking about water hammer (you pipes make a banging noise when you shut them off suddenly) you have to drain your whole system.

Turn off the water at the main where it comes into the house
Open the lowest valve, faucet, spigot in the house
Open all other valves, faucets, and spigots in the house
When the water stops running out at the lowest point close them all and turn the main back on.
Go to each water source and turn it on slowly to let the air push it way out.

If this does not work refer to the answer above :)

turn it on. run water and wait til it stops
let youir cold water for awhile then your hot water run for awhile that should clear out the air in your pipes
run some water through it.
