DIY Punchbag?
Question:I'm wondering is there a way you can make a punchbag yourself? I mean quick, cheap and easy and good quality. I heard it was much more satisfying to handmake these than buying... Thanks

If you have an army/navy surplus in your area get what we used to call a "fart sack" back in the day. Or for really heavy duty punching and kicking a "duffle" bag.
But then duffle bags can be purchased almost Anywhere now. Travel bags they call them.
Put sand in a garbage bag and place in the bottom for weight, fill with clothes or whatever and punch away.
Another couple of tips: If you plan on smacking the bag by yourself place it closer to a wall so it does`nt swing as much. Also, you can *Really* get into it without knocking the "holder" down.
Best to get a swivel and suspend from the ceiling so you`re not punching the same spots all the time.
Last but not least, put one layer of carpet pad around the inside before you fill it with clothes or whatever. Keeps the bag sides straight with no lumps.
Remember to wrap your wrists!!

you can just get 20 plastics bags and put them in eachother and fill them with water
You can save a lot of time and energy and use your boyfriend. Bet you didn't think of that.

They sell them empty and for only $20 at sporting goods stores or Walmart. Fill with old clothing or blankets. Works great.
Ok here what you do find sumone who you dont like put them in a body bag hang it up and there you go
