How do I get dried paint off of my dresser?

Question:I painted my dresser and then 6 months later I decided to change my room and paint it. Now The dresser won't match the rest off my room.
What should I do, thanks to anyone who can try to answer this question.

It is very simple. First sand down the old paint, then use KILZ premium or KILZ 2 depending on the color use premium with a dark color and KILZ 2 with a light color. After that you can paint. AS far a paint goes PLEASE do not use anything that Sherman-Williams make they use clay in their paint, I would use KILZ Casual colors you can get it at Wal-Mart. It was ranked #2 behind BEHR paint in consumer reports and it does not use CLAY they are 100% acyclic.

You could use a paint stripper to remove the coating. However it will probably never all come off. I recommend lighly sanding the dresser and repainting it, using a very hard durable paint (like Sherwin-Williams!)
nice sales pitch..LOL i'd would paint over it. your going to have a hard time getting it off.
Turpentine.
