On the side of my house where the down spout is there is a big hole?

Question:i have been putting bags of posion in that hole becasue it look like a rodent hole. to day my neighbor to me he saw a big rat come out of that hole and for me to pour 2 bags of concrete down that hole. what can i do? please help

Sounds more like a burst pipe to me. You have to do some digging, but as you have already filled it wait for further develops.
The first sign of trouble will be if your spouting overflows next time it rains.
You could use your hose on the roof and see if it backs up.
