Transition from standard white pvc to flexible pvc tubing?

Question:What kind of plumbing transistion would I use to go from a standard (hard white) PVC tube to the flexible black pvc tubing used in ponds?

Answers:
Most black flex piping I have seen is connected with "hose barb" fittings. I have not seen the transition fittings for this but check where they sell lawn sprinkler fittings. I am guessing that you will need a glued to threaded fitting from the white PVC and then the barb fitting screwed into that.

Greetings...

Not too hard a problem..

Suggest you glue on a male threaded end to the PVC, then go to plumbing store and get the threaded parts that will reduce down to your tubing size. not all stores have a good supply so you may have to put a couple together to get down to your size...
Bring in a sample of both ends if you can.

Good luck
