Trying to hang plants out front but cant drill a hole through the stucco..what else can I use??

Buy a Shepherd's Hook and put it in the ground. (you hang plants from them) Here's an example I found on Ebay. (no it's not my auction)

Get a shepard's hook and hang them on there.
If you use a masonary drill bit you will be able to drill the stucco and put the plants where you want to. Just drill the hole, install an anchor and screw your plant hangers how you want them.
if they are not extremely heavy then you could use an adhesive hook for 99 cents at any dollar store.
you can hang them from your tree if you have one, that looks really nice
are you using a concrete bit
