Answers:
sure, no problem

Call an electrician.
The best thing to do , (because of the asortment of wires you have) Go to a hardware store and buy a "Multi-Testester", they only cost around $15.00.
What this thing will do is tell you what wire are "Hot" and what are not. It has a dial that you can turn it to (120vAC) and than the needle points to that voltage and indicates what grouping of wires are "Hot".
NOTE: the power must be on when you use this thing.

Ok now the fixture, keep in mind that most electrical fixtures are made over-seas, so the elctrical codes or "common-sense" aren't followed the way we're used to them (black--hot,,white--neutral and bare or green--ground).

When wiring the fixture to your existing ceiling wire, TURN OFF THE POWER to that junction box.

I'll bet that your fixture is as follows, the blue is a hot wire (+) and the white/s are neutral(-) and you have no ground. Light fixture don't normally have a ground wire. but you can add one. Just drill a hole in the fixture and attach (using a sheet metal screw) a bare or green wire to it and the other end to the "Twisted" red , black and earth (ground).
