when I've laid carpets before all I needed was,
A capet stretcher
Normal straightedge
Knife
Hammer
Grippers
Ive never heard of anyone using an adjustable straightedge to lay carpets
I do believe that BnQ sell a large range of carpet fitting accessories. If not, I suggest that you visit a carpet warehouse, you know the ones where you can buy roll ends. They sometimes sell fittings too!!
