Spray painting the inside of a pot... help?

Question:Every time I spray the paint into the pot, the paint just whooshes out... how do I keep it in?

Answers:
Lightly sand the surface first and then roll the pot as you spray a light coat.

Have you tried laying it on its side and rolling it as you spray?
Use tiny squirts and aim it at an angle.
