How to install an oudoor shed?

Question:foundation, ground preparation

Answers:
I laid out the outside dimensions of my shed, dug 16"diameter holes about 12" deep, using a water level and mixed bags of concrete to bring them up to surface level and put 4" solid blocks on them for my foundation, you should be able to google instructions for a homemade water level, kinda simple to make and is accurate

Level the ground. Build shed on 4 x 4 inch pressure treated timbers, make floor of 5/4 pressure treated lumber. If shed is small, fasten floor to stakes driven into ground to hold it down in event of strong winds.
