Yiikes!! air circulation??!?!?

Question:so i asked about air circulation in my small apartment with 2 windows...the fan was the most common answer, but here is the problem! Our windows don't open enough of fit a flipping fan in there!! so any other answers that work great for you?!

Are the windows not working properly. If they opened all the way, would they then accomadate the fan? If so, your landlord should fix them for you.

Here is what I used to do in college if it got horribly hot. Take a large bowl and fill it with ice. Set it directly in from of the fan. It will take a little while but it should help cool you a little
