If you have a room that is 18x15 sq ft how much will it cost to cover the entire area if each carton is $18.00

Question:each tile in the carton covers 1 sq ft

Answers:
How many tiles in 1 carton?

$486.00 to cover 270 square feet
15X18= 270. This is based on 10 tiles per carton. Get an extra box or two for cuts etc.
Hope this helped, good luck!!
24 cases if 12/case. You really need 22.5 cases but there will be waste. If you lay on a diagonal you will need more.
get your total sq.feet and find out how many sq. feet in a box
always keep a Little extra in case you need to repair
You will use 270 tiles. Take the number of tiles in the carton and divide that number by 18. This will give you the cost of a tile. Multiply the cost of your tile by 270. This figure is your cost.
How many tiles are in a carton? You are trying to cover 270 sq ft
A simple formula is l8 x 15 = 270 Square Feet
Each carton should have the sq ft coverage on it
divide 270 by that number will tell you how many cartons you will need
number of cartons x $18.00 will give cost
I guess I have to ask too since you didn't state it. How many tiles in a box?

You're going to need 270 tiles @ 1 sq. ft. each, allowing for grout lines, cuts, breakage etc.

$18 per carton is a bargain unless there are only 6 in the carton, which should be an average price for decent tile.

I buy them in 9 piece, so depending on that amount all you need do is the math.

If it happens to be that each carton contains 9...divide that into 270, which equates to 30 cartons @ $18 per = $540 and you should likely add 2 cartons = $576

It all depends on how many square feet are in the carton. There is 9 square feet in a square yard.Your area is 270 square feet or 30 square yards.Check the box to determine how much is in it.Then calculate from there.
It would help if you told us how many tiles are in each box!
Your room is 270 sq ft. If each tile is 1 sq ft you would need 270 tiles minimum.
You should be able to do the math and figure it out now.
When you multiply the length by the width you get 270 sq feet. That means you will need 270 tiles. If an $18 carton holds a dozen tiles you need to buy 270/12 = 22.5 cartons. Call it 23 cartons and at $18 that is $414. If instead a carton holds 18 tiles then you need 15 cartons and at $18 that is $270.

If you know the correct number of tiles per carton follow this procedure and the answer will be obvious.
about $600.00.. this is just a guess
$270,but get an extra box, you never know,so it will be $288,
Judging from your question you need to know this too...
Sticky side down
Are the tiles square or round? What color are they? Are you nailing them down or will you be using staples? Are you married? If you answered yes to the last question the answer is simple, let your spouse do this project.
