I buy them in 9 piece, so depending on that amount all you need do is the math.
If it happens to be that each carton contains 9...divide that into 270, which equates to 30 cartons @ $18 per = $540 and you should likely add 2 cartons = $576

It all depends on how many square feet are in the carton.There is 9 square feet in a square yard.Your area is 270 square feet or 30 square yards.Check the box to determine how much is in it.Then calculate from there.

When you multiply the length by the width you get 270 sq feet. That means you will need 270 tiles. If an $18 carton holds a dozen tiles you need to buy 270/12 = 22.5 cartons. Call it 23 cartons and at $18 that is $414. If instead a carton holds 18 tiles then you need 15 cartons and at $18 that is $270.
If you know the correct number of tiles per carton follow this procedure and the answer will be obvious.
