Can you emulsion over kitchen wallpaper?


Question:i have a very paterned washable walpaper in the kitchen is it possible to emulsion over it ?

Answers:
yes providing its free from grease etc if it isnt wash the walls down with a solution of sugar soap (very cheap) then you will be fine ps i am a decorator
