Priming woodwork?

Question:can I use zinsser primer cover stain oilbase primer to go over varnished base board if I sand it real goog first

Answers:
BIN (by Zinser) is the best product for this. You don't really need to sand much, but do make sure it is clean. Clean with Tri-Sodium Phosphate, 1 cup to 1 gallon water then rinse completely. If the baseboard is high gloss, sand lightly with 120 grit paper -- just enough to take off a bit of gloss. Prime with BIN and you are good to paint.

YES YOU SHOULD HAVE LITTLE TO NO PROBLEM
