Where can I use a miter saw in Dallas?

Most wood working shops will gladly cut a couple of pieces of wood for you. Miter boxes are not expensive, so that is a better option as you will always have the tool.
One easy way is to go down to the lumber/hardware store and buy yourself a "miter box" that comes with a miter saw. This should not cost all that much(depending on the brand and quality you want). These boxes will angle cut wood up to standard 4"inches wide (and more). Great for a project like panel molding --- cutting 2x4"s boards,etc.
After you use it---you can store it for future projects.
One of your neghbors will have one.
while you are looking in the phone book for a wood working shop, you can go buy a plastic one for about a dollar, if you have a hand saw you are in business. Or, if you have 3 pieces of scrap lumber and a square 6 nails or 6 screws you can make one. Might take 10 minutes at the out side.
