My flat iron stopped heating up when it's turned on. Can I fix it somehow?

Question:

Answers:
Check the fuse in the plug, it might have blown.

Make sure the wires into the plug are tight on each terminal.

If the fuse has blown and the wires were not loose,it might be better to have the iron checked by an engineer.

If the fuse has not blown it may be that the element (the thing that heats up inside) has burnt out.

With the price of a new iron being so low if above fails a new one would be cheaper than getting it looked at.

Good luck
