Can I replace a 125 amp load center with a 150 or 200 amp, and still use the current wire CDRS 2 al 1 cdr 4?

Question:

Answers:
Yes. But your main breaker must remain the same amperage as it is now.

are you talking about the service drop? your utility would be the one to ask that.
Pick 1.
Yes but why would you want to whe you could just run a 100 amp sub panel it would be simpler.
Yes you can do this. You still have the breaker that is feeding the panel is all the same size.
Not sure what those letters mean at the end. But if it's any help, I have a 200 A load center and when I had the power company out here about a detached garage building, they told me the wres they brought to the house would support a 400A load center...so the real answer is to ask the power company what they brought down from the pole and how much it could support. I ended up with a 100A subpanel instead of messing with the service entrance panel. Much easier to accomplish.
Matt is correct. You must keep the 100amp main breaker size you have now with the #2 aluminum wires. There are other issues to consider to such as the maximum spaces in the panel of a 100 amp service. Call an electrician and explain what it is you are wishing to accomplish.
