No
With all due respect "BEST" is relative. Detergents will probably leave some residue, or film. Why not use the same formula with white vinegar, and wipe with newsprint paper?
Part of my contracting business for over twenty years in Vegas was cleaning, run by my wife. She had eight girls working for her. We tried everything from home remedies to way out things we heard about.
A simple 409 with non-bleached paper towels works great. Newspapers are meant to be read, not used on windows, the ink in the print does come off after being wet and smears. Vinegar, stinks and leaves a smell that is uncomfortable to some.

We've used Dawn dish soap with warm water on real bad windows, this works well but, they have to be rinsed also.

One trick, to use non-bleached paper towels.
Yes. I use white vinegar and water. Smells a little at first, but that goes away quickly.
