That's quite a task. There are hundreds of companies that offer blue prints which include material lists and everything else needed to build a house. The catch is, you have to choose a house that is already designed. Just look through the books and select one that suits your fancy.
Maybe some of the magazines have a web site. Just jot it down and see what they have to offer.
