I have a triton dual shower pump only the hot side is working?

Question:i can see that both drive shafts on the motor are turning on the hot and cold side but no cold water is coming out into the shower

Answers:
either the cold is blocked or the impeller has gone

get a plumber
turn the power off to pump, run the shower, this will clear any air.

if you have isolation values it is not to hard a job to remove and test, but unless your a fairly handy, call someone in.
assuming same supply then it is either a blockage@pipe tank
or stuck impeller
isolation valve shut
are you sure that the pump inlets match with the hot and cold supplies
Turn the shower to the coldest setting to check that you have a cold water supply to the pump, even if the pump is not working there should be sufficient pressure on the cold side to feed water to the pump and on to the shower. If no cold water comes out I suggest there is a problem with the supply, I would doubt that there is a blockage in the pipework big enough to restrict the water supply, however the filter in the thermostatic shower valve could be blocked. If cold water comes out, there is probably a fault with the pump which is more than likely to be the impellor (if as you say the shaft is turning) which is fitted to the shaft and pumps the water to the shower.
Is the thermostat on the shower valve operating correctly?
