How to make a structure from cardboard?

Question:I am planning to create a large room from cardboard, any tips or advice?

Answers:
Think~ Engineering- if you pop over to my space you will see an ostrich I made out of hot glue sticks. The balance, where support would be needed, Long neck and head over here.long legs over there, how to keep the body from collapsing. I would think your card board would be your first worry, when you pick up a good size piece horizontally does it bend and leave a crack? Do you understand how archs' work? Do you want your room free standing? Would painting your cardboard first help? Hit my site, we'll discuss. Friend2friend, J www.myspace.com/hitladyandtheg...

you have to have a model - if you're starting from scratch and you want to be original - you need to put more information on your question to get a precise complete informative answer.
Create a frame from cardboard just like the frame for a house. To make the studs, fold pieces of cardboard into triangular 'tubes' and then use those to support the larger sections of cardboard. It's all in the frame.

Use a lot of duct tape, too.
