How can I mount a plasma tv on a concrete wall?

Question:

Answers:
its simply a matter of using a masonry wall anchor which is similar to drywall anchors... the following link is to several different sizes of anchors

http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stor...

the type you need would depend on the size and weight of the tv and type of mount be it a flush mount or a swing arm mount... either way the instalation is the same... you will have to pre drill a hole to the specified depth of the anchor and screw the screw into the anchor... If im not mistaken the hole you pre drill should be 1/4 inch longer then the anchor itself but the specific instructions will be listed on the anchor package... and cudos to you for not paying to have someone do it for you ;0)

you can get special attachments that can be hammered into concrete.
go to a building centre.
I'd get some sort of mounting bracket, the manufacturer of the TV may sell one or the retailer who sold the TV. If not Google "TV mounting brackets" and see what you get. The drill holes for concrete anchors and bolt the bracket to the wall. Will need a masonry bit for a power drill to make the anchor hole.
Hire someone who's job it is to do it. If you could afford that Plasma T.v., you can hire someone am I correct? : )
Home Depot has just what your looking for.
they will also teach you how to do so you can do it right the first time.
