They just don't get it do they?? True customer service is a mystery to the younger generation... Or how about this one I'm in H.D. the other day looking for cabinet knobs and I tell the guy "I cant seem to find these knobs in the single pack (then just had them in packs of 12) but I have bought them individually before and he says "well what do you want me to do about it?" I will not put my reply but it had a lot of @#$% and $#@! contained in it.
Look Under DIY Or Do It Yourself.

go to lowes, home depot or ace(in that order). or go to www.dyinetwork.com they probablly have exactly what you want to know on video, free and waiting for you.
A self-help book about what? The lady at customer service needed more information than just ' self-help' to run a search for you. Try again with a more descriptive topic, or try amazon.com. You'll probably get a better price there anyway.
