How do i work out how much sand i need for to put in my sand pit 2meters by 2 meters and i want it 15 cm deep?

Question:

Answers:
I assume that you will be buying this by the cubic meter.

2m x 2m x 0.15m = 0.6 cubic meters of sand

There is 2.08 Kg per liter of sand. 1000 cubic cm's equals 1l.

2m=200cm
200x200=40000x15=600,000.
around 1248 kgs of sand.
