Cooling off?
Question:My small one bedroom apartment is 90 degrees. I'm desperate to cool it off, but all we have is one fan, and it doesn't do much. There's no use in opening the windows because it is hot out there too. Is there any way I can place the fan or something to cool the place off?

Yes, tie a bed sheet to your bed post and set the fan at the end and climb in. Makes a nice little fort and works too.
Or you could put the fan in front of a working A/C unit, lol.
as weird as this sound next to your ears and feet they have e lot of nerves and a small layer if skin
I lived in Arizona with no air conditioning and this is what we did: Freeze gallon jugs from milk with water in them. Place in a cake pan or something similar on the floor in front of the fan. It will blow cooler air on you and as it melts you will have nice ice cold water to drink!
