Is there a way to remove a galvanized spiral nail?

Question:

Answers:
If you can grip the head, use a pair of channel lock pliers and turn them so the screw spirals out. Lock the pliers as tight as you can. in an almost horizontal position so you can use them as a handle to turn.

Good luck.

The same way you would remove any nail- a pry bar or the claw of a hammer.
Does it have to be removed. If not cut it off with a dremel tool
Remove is from what? If you mean wood, then I would use a cat's paw to get enough space for your claw, and maybe combine that with a pair of pliars to help pull it out...
if your worried about the wood being damaged, try driveing the nail on through the wood rather than pulling it out.
there is a tool for this, that grips the head of nail
