I accidentally got paint on my grout. Any way to remove it?

When that happened to me I let it dry and then used sandpaper. If your grout is sanded an porous, it may have soaked in a bit, in which case you may need to scrape out the grout and redo it.

Use a pumice stone! It won't scratch the tile either. You can just use the kind that you use on your feet.
I use a stiff scrub brush, soap & hot water, scrub for a minute or two with force.
fine grit sand paper. Fold the sandpaper and use the folded edge to sand in the grout seam but be careful not to sand the tile and scratch the finish
