How do you keep minnows alive in a concrete livewell?

Question:The livewell is made from concrete blocks and we have a pump circulating the water back into it to create plenty of air.
They never live overnight..The livewell holds about 55 gallon of water.

Answers:
Seal the inside of the live well with rubberized paint , the kind they use on pools and it should fix your problem and prevent leaks as well

You need to add air i.e. oxygen to the circulation system.
Concrete affects the oxygen levels in water.
