How can I get my supplies up the hill to my cottage?

A pulley system. a 6' pole at the end of the staircase with one pulley. A 6' pole at he top of the staircase with another pulley, a rope connecting them. A motor if you do not want to pull the rop by hand. This would be for a straight 45 degree or so staircase. people would really need a picture to figure out a method for you.

Combine this with handles, engines or go completely biblical and use rollers.

Taking this from a business standpoint: Can USPS or FedEx deliver them? Usually you save on the delivery charge if you ask Staples to deliver. Ha..maybe there is helicopter delivery. Or, maybe you can have your office at another location (that's flat). Or cut down on your office supplies to those you can carry in a backpack. Become a salesperson instead and have them deliver directly to your customers. And save everything to a cd.
If you're talking about food supplies then buy everything in powdered form and make your own garden.
If you're talking about home building supplies then maybe you'll have to do like the ancients did and have a party and ask the guys to carry the stuff up the hill and treat them to beer afterwards.

You can buy a cheap winch and set it up at the top of your hill or there abouts and then have some sort of cart hooked up to it to pull it up the hill. An idea for the cart wheels is to use some small tire rims ( no tire on them ) so they sit on the 2x4's .And make a rail out of 2x4's
on there ends which well guide it up the hill. If you don't have power for the winch use a 12 volt battery with a small solar power charger to keep battery charged at all times
You must have gotten overwhelmed by the view when you bought the place...
Is a backpack an option? What about rails and a tram car with a rope at the top? You could build it yourself. Catapult?
Have them dropped in by helicopter.
