Exterior side of the concrete wall finish that doesn't fade.?

Question:I know bricks would have the desired effect but I live in a earthquake-prone country so it is not acceptable.

With no offense meant at all, your location and statement certainly don't cause me to believe that the RAW wall is any more secure than any facing you put on it, and certainly FADING should be the least of your concerns, given your statement.

Any finish painted on will weather, fade, degrade over time, and by way of natural, environmental issues. If the wall is in fact Concrete, why not just stain it. Why not plants vines that will cover it?
