Add soda ash to raise...muritic acid ( Spelled wrong ) to lower...use small amounts until you get the hang of it.
Get it at your neighbor pool supply store
White vinegar is an acid and will lower the ph; baking soda will raise it. Both cheap and available at grocery stores.
