Go to TheSheetMetalShop.com. In the main library there is a pdf file with instructions for building it out of sheet metal. You will have to do some browsing, but there are some fun things to look at. Most of the books are from the late 1800's-early 1900's, but nothing has really changed. I know, I'm a tin knocker.
