How do you open a 5 gallon plastic container?

The cover of the container has slots on the sides of the lid. Insert a razor knife into these slots and push the blade down till it cuts the slot all the way to the bottom of the lid. That relieves the pressure on the cover. Now, you can insert a wonderbar or large screwdriver under the cover and pry it off.
Very very carefully.. Seriously there should be an "open here" slot or something that you get at with a screwdriver.
Open with a good size screw driver. Keep prying around the top a little at a time. It will eventually pop open.
