Is it legal to buy marijuanna seeds from overseas if i live in us of america and have them shipped here?

the thing is. when you purchase seeds from a mail order or magazine, they will send you seeds but you must prove you have medicinal license to cultivate. but there are limits, any more than 3 plants is suspicious of distributing.

Yes, it is. Your best bet is to find someone in the US. Alternative is to go buy them in Canada and try to smuggle them back in. Seeds are easy to smuggle. They don't smell. They take little room and most dogs have a hard time smelling them.
