How do i make a room look wider?

Question:

Answers:
If you are willing to do a little construction work...wainscotting along the bottom of a wall will really make a room look larger. (( I love it, and made my own in a small bedroom.)) Then you can either paint the upper 1/2 of the wall, or put wallpaper on it, or just paint, then run a wallpaper border around the top of the wainscotting.
If you don't want to get into all of that, just try a border along the top of the walls:)
Good Luck!!

Well, you could move stuff around, or get rid of a peice of furniture you think there is no use for, maybe get a smaller bed. I think you'll have to make some sacrifices, I hope you figure it out!
adding floor to ceiling mirrors will make a room wider
Put a big mirror on one wall it will give you more depth.
Horizonal things (stripes) will make the room appear wider. Vertical will make it look higher. A series of small pictures across a wall will make it appear wider also.
inexpensive horizontal stripes along a wall will make it look
wider.and smaller scale furniture will make it lookl larger.
