Does anyone know where i can find a free "how to " build a deck video. thanks alot any help appreciated!-tom-

Question:

Answers:
As building a deck is fairly technical, span sizing of joists and beams, using correct brackets and fasteners, I do not believe a video is all you need. I'm sure if you Google "deck video" you will find some, but also I recommend you go to the home center and get a book.

Try your local library. They often have videos and DVDs available to borrow.
It is not a video, but will generate a picture of the framing and a materials list. It has worked well for me.
Try your public library. Also many large hardware stores loan customers "how to" videos.
If there's a Home Depot in your area they have videos and free how to classes.
Go to Home depot Buy one watch it, Damage it and return it for what you paid.
