Help! A pad has fallen off my PCB, can I refit it?

Question:If so how? it's a very small pad about 1.5mm square, I was trying to solder a piece of wire to it and the pad came away - probably due to overheating.

Best answer chosen as always, thanks!:p

Answers:
Yes, touch of Superglue. But, when you use the pad form a hook in the wire to bridge a possible break. Tip when you are soldering on PCB's, always heat the larger part(in this case the wire)and let the solder flow from there to the board. A good joint on a pcb is always concave, tapering into the board/component. Never convex, it is never a case of 'the bigger the blob the better the job' as was quoted to me once(hit the guy afterwards!) Any 'funny little pcb jobs, use my email on profile.
