Coming up with a design might be the hardest part. You can do a simple geometic design or you can copy an object and draw it onto your board. Used to be coloring books had good simple designs...hard to find a simple coloring book anymore.
Check out the link I'm giving you and see if that's what you need. If not, the best place to look is at your local library. I bet they even have books with patterns that you can trace. Ask a librarian there to help you.
