How do I get these off the mirror ?

Question:the person living in my apartment before me stuck some ; what i describe as something you would put on an office door . it is like a sticker but it is raised letters about 1/2 inch above the mirror surface. this one says "executive" . I want to remove them but when i try to pull them off with my fingers it wont come off . I also dont want to break the mirror because it is a closet door that so happens to be a big mirror .

Answers:
Try using a product called Goo Gone around the edges of the sticker to raise them. If that doesn't work try using a razor/scraper. When you get it off, use the Goo Gone to get the sticker residue off. That's what I do to remove bumper stickers off my car when I get tired of them.

try goo gone
You might try a razor blade scraper, like the ones they use to remove the stickers from your windshield. They're fairly cheap and you can get one at most of the Marts or an auto parts store.
try nail polish remover on them. put a lot of it on the stickers and they should slide off
Spray WD40 around the edges, let it penetrate in stages. The stickers should come off easily.
Put alcohol on it and if that doesn't work, gently pry it off with a straight razor. It is safe, I clean my windows with razors
Use a widget. Spray it first with pretty much anything to loosed it up, then scrape.
