How to make a Outside Brick BBQ Grill ?

Question:I live in the Caribbean we have lots of rain ,wind , moister and hurricane's and I like to build one that can take all of these ELEMENTS. size is med. open for all comments

Back in the seventies that what was the in thing. But now days they have grill inserts. That is, a brick BBQ area were you can put like a stainless steel BBQ insert (Grill). Looks really nice works really good too. In your area I would get one that works on charcoal or propane..
