Clean it with a bleach and water solution and install a electric vent fan to help eliminate moisture.

I would start the way we always do, Lot's of hot water and elbow grease. Then we used Lysol and bleach to do it once again. After it dries and looks pretty good a good spraying with Lysol again.
Your going to have to start using the bathroom fan during and, after a bath. If you don't have one, let the bath door open after a bath to let some of the moisture out. Use a good ani-fungal paint, it cost a little more but is good, from Home Depot.
Just go to your local drugstore and buy mold and mildew remover. After your done cleaning, leave the windows open so it won't return.
1st and foremost you need to replace the sheetrock after you find the leak that is causing the sheetrock to get wet. Installing an exhaust fan afterwards, this will help cut down on some of the moisture ( condinsation ) as well as not using such hot water when showering

That is a sign of lack of ventilation..You need a good ceiling fan to exhaust the moisture our of it..If you shower vent for an hour is rule of thumb..
Use mildew remover and you have to keep up with it because it could cause permanent damage.
