Construction Cost Estimate?
Question:does anyone know of a site that can help me determine the cost estimate for new construction of a SFR, i'm talking start to finish, septic, Grading plan etc.
It will be for Riverside County, California

Its not that easy costs differ with many variables to get cost estimates you call builders and get estimates Remember you dont have to take the highest but never ever take the lowest and make sure and talk to the builders previous customers

not sure about cal but on the east coast it starts about 100.00 per sq foot and goes up way up
