Question:if i hire someone to install hard wood flooring in 2 rooms, the living room and hall way, how long would it take till thier done?

my guess is if there are 2 workers (1 main person and a helper) then it should take 1 day
probably 1 day! :) people did my roof in 2 days.
well it depends on the place u use because i just got mine done and it took 1 day
Depending on intricate the floor is(and by that, I mean how many cuts they will have to make), They should be done in 2 days.
the flooring will take about a day and all the trim will take the remainder of the day and about a 1/3 of another.\
This is assuming that the floor they are putting down is prefinished.
Be sure you ask the installers about it when you hire them. I had it done in one room (took about a day), and when the guy left, he THEN told me that I couldn't put any furniture in for 3 weeks while it dried and cured. If I'd known up front, I would not have done it.
i can't say a defiant time i would have to size the job and know the material but just a estimate if payed by the job not the hour two days.
depends on their rate per person, the number of persons working on this job and the area they have to complete.
They should give you a quote which may be off a day but it should not be excessively off.
I would think a 12X12 room could be prep and started in one day, the floor would be completely laid down the second day, final finish work the third day ( molding, etc. ).
This of course is with two people working 8 hours per day on it and having everything necessary at the start of the job. This is of course using the prefinished hardwoods.
depends on many things...get estimates from three different places and go from there.
