Can you see through a wall if it's brick?

Only if it has a window or you drive through it with your car.
Physically speaking, there is a chance, that the molecules will line up just perfectly giving you a glimpse of what is on the other side of the brick wall.
But when I say there is a chance, I mean, a very very very very very small chance. Like, not likely to happen in the universe's lifetime. But, it could happen.

Yes, have you ever heard of decorative glass bricks used to make semi see through walls in showers and as a replacement for real windows where real windows would be both impractical and a security risk.
Assuming this is not a trick question, then the answer is 'yes' as long as it is made of feature glass bricks. Or, if you mean 'see' as in 'seeing using X-rays', then I suppose such a machine would allow you to 'see' through a brick wall (think of the X-ray machines used to check luggage in airport security). Or what about 'ground Doppler' radar instuments used by archeologists to build up a picture of what lies under the earth? That is also a way of seeing through solid material.
It depends on the type of glass block you buy, some has crystal clarity and some bend the light enough that you can make out shapes but not details - which work great as shower walls in large bathrooms.

yes you can see shadows- unless you use the frosted or wavy kind, then its not so see-through
Glass block is usually not totally transparent, which means you cannot see clearly through it, you may be able to see shapes of people or objects but you wouldn't be able to identify the person. Have someone stand on one side of the wall and look through from the other side, what do you see? (I am assuming you are not blind)
