Water Ridge Shower Head?
Question:I just bought a house and in the upstairs bathroom is a water ridge shower head.
There are two shower heads, the question is
How do I turn on the hand held second shower head?
I cannot figure it out.

Hi, Dustin here. Plumber for 10yrs plus. I went to ebay and looked a pic of your shower head. Looks like there is a button at the junction where the hose from the handheld drops down from the shower arm coming out of the wall. If thats the case for you then I think you may be able to press down or turn this button to bypass the shower head and give water to the handheld. It may be necessary to turn the water on first. Hope everything works out for ya.
you have a few options:
a) contact the manufacturer and ask
b) contact the person who did your home inspection - if he did it properly, he should have turned on the second shower head to test it.
c) contact your real estate agent and ask him/her to ask the prior owner.
d) visit a local store which sells a variety of bathroom hardware and show them a photo of what you have. ask them if they know how it works.
