I would like a parts list of what I would need to put 60 amp service in a detatched garage with outls,lts,220?

Question:the service would come from my dwelling, run about 135ft. from main to a sub panel, I not sure which service panel to buy? I will be installing underground.

first you need to know whether your main distribution board must have a spare 60 amp ncb (no fuse circuit breaker)
well since you mention that you are going to run your service underground than :a) the cable must be able to with stand rough abuse under ground, that depend on your budget on the sub d/b and how many outlet you want.
go visit the electrical shop and ask for the price and quality.
