How do I remove the screws in my Abacus watchband?

Question:I want to remove links because my wrists are too small..
My 1mm screwdriver is a little large. I ordered some smaller screwdrivers.
The grooves seem very shallow. Is there a secret to removing these screws?

Try eyeglass screwdrivers, but, I'd take it to a jeweler and have them do it probably for free, you don't want to strip the screws. WalMart will do it also.
