Ok, you need a hose, preferably a place like a window for it to go out of and 1 person. Put one end of the hose in the hole of the waterbed, have the other person at the other end hold it up and suck on the hose to get the water coming out, then put it somewhere it will drain and keep watching it or it will lose it's prime and quit, then it's watersucking time again. Remember water doesn't run uphill. My hubby has a different method but he isn't home. Also watch the liner-keep rolling it up and put pillows behind it so you get all the water out you can.

Is there anyway you can sife-in *sp* it with the hose, or kit?
Do it out the window, in buckets, or a beer cooler.
I have a waterbed too... and I have a drain kit.. I still end up having to siphon to get it started..It isn't fun, I usually make my son do it hahahaa.. but it is not like it is gasoline.. I will keep an eye on this question in case someone else has anymore suggestions..
If you go back to where you first asked the question, I have explained how I over came the problem and believe me it really works.
